Pros

I could say so many great things about Panalgo. It was exciting to work at a successful company with the industry leading software. Panalgo has a startup environment (without the long work hours) but it’s actually a stable company that has been around for 25 years. Great work life balance, friendly coworkers, honest and hardworking leadership, opportunities to work with experts in data analytics and top pharma companies, lots of learning opportunities, beautiful office space in downtown Boston, happy hours, generous PTO, office is closed the week between Christmas and New Year’s, summer Fridays.

Cons

There were some growing pains as the company scaled, but this was a few years ago.

Pros

There is a never a dull moment at Panalgo with the combination of Culture, People, and Product. Culture- positive work/life balance, time-off, collaboration, continuous education, career growth and team effort put toward deadlines. People- experts in their fields, out of the box thinkers, passionate about their impact, approachable and hands on leadership. Product- forward thinking and fast growing, providing new challenges and projects for employees and additional support/training for customers.

Cons

Growing quickly- stretched thin at times. Will be forced to grow with the company, don’t become complacent but rather keep challenging yourself.

Pros

Panalgo has a trio of strengths that makes it successful - cutting edge analytics platform, culture of collaboration and reward, and strong management team. They hire people who are experts in their field and then let them make an impact. They care deeply about their employees and provide ample opportunities for growth. The benefits are generous and people honestly love working here.

Cons

We are in high growth mode and because of that there are just not enough hours in the day to get everything done we would like to, but that's the nature of the business.
