Free food. But then they changed it into no taking food home so no pros.

Short staff. Left to run drive thru and the front by myself at one point. Assistant manager that was promoted was useless and lazy. Made calls to her friends in the bathroom instead of helping me when I was the only front counter staff. Break was 10min. Way too short. For $10 an hour... this ain't worth the hassle. Was part time but treated as if full time. Always tried calling me in

Decent pay. Nice coworkers. Free meals.

Cons

Extremely busy and the store layout is not thought out very well. Calling food, for example, is something that is done completely by word of mouth. This aspect should be digitized so workers can work more efficiently. Also, lots of Karens, but that's to be expected of all fast-food and/or retail jobs.
