Pros

Probably just a food discount on the shift but it’s ridiculous because full time employees work longer hours than they managers and they do have free meal

Cons

Absolutely not fair pay system. There are different positions which ones are very easy and others are very hard and those are payed exact same. People are overworked and underpaid who are in the harder positions with more responsibilities and better skills. No reward system no beneof shieing excellence. Management is terrible and lack of ability to manage people only abuse of power and personal vendetta especially between women managers. Management has no tolerance model for employees how to do they job and sleays try to be better than yesterday. Opposite the best employees after a longer time being rewarded with more eork snd higher expectations just losing motivation to be better. It’s just very low standards of training and experience of being in charge of group of people. Usually can maintain only on higher levels of THC at work which is absolute disgrace to be honest.

Pros

You might be fortunate enough to make a few friends with the staff and customers, this helps you survive the feeling of being used and replaceable.

Cons

1. They cut employee hours 2. They don't pay a liveable wage. 3. They expect employees to work multiple positions, which causes stress and burnout 4. Upper management is toxic. 5. They don't pay you enough to afford benefits. 6. In a nutshell, they lost all their core values.
