      Pros

      The workplace is a great atmosphere. It's great that your duties vary from inventory, labor, food cost, and hiring. The employees I worked for are great, it comes more of a family than anything else.

      Cons

      For other assistant manager roles, the pay is slightly on the lower end of things depending on where you came from. The hours may be tough at times because of the fact that they do open at 6am...have to be there by 5..and can close at 10pm...which you probably won't get out until 11:30. Work holidays etc...Pretty much like any food job.

      I don't really understand where most of the reviewers are coming from. Bee with the company 5 yrs. love my job. Started out as a cashier, then associate trainer, then shift supervisor, now assistant manager, hoping to be gm. Great growth potential. All you have to do is what they ask of you. Learn customers names orders...be super nice. Stock and clean well.

      Cons

      It can be stress full. But as long as all the pieces work together, it is rewarding. I work at one of the busiest lunch crowd stores in the nation. Most of our staff would bleed for you. Great people who need to be treated with respect and rewarded. It doesn't take a lot. I make special situations for them.
