Pros

For me the best part about working for Papa Johns was the fact that it was my first job in which I was serving in a management capacity. I learned how to manage situations, employees and cash flow.

Cons

I was passed over for a promotion several times by people who were less efficient running their shifts and had high labor and food waste, but were better butt kissers.

Pros

Easy to get hired here, Because they are always hiring. Lots of friendly people to work with. You get to be out of the store a lot.

Cons

Well I have worked for This Company for over 9 years on and off as a closing Driver. I used to make 8.00 hr + average of 80.00 per nite in tips. That was 5 years ago. Now I get paid 4.19 hr while I'm on a delivery, and average about 30.00 nite in tips. Plus the 90cents per delivery they pay us for gas just doesn't cover it. I pay on average of 3 bucks a nite for gas out of my own pocket!! It also doesn't help that Papa Johns competes with there drivers for tips by charging 2.50 delivery fee, which some people THINK the driver receives. I used to average 20 delivers a nite, But now I'm lucky to get 10.

Pros

You get fifty percent off dough products 💁‍♂️

Cons

As a driver you'd better hope the Pizza comes out quick. Because your tips is really the only bit of money you're gonna see... you get paid like a server so $3.75/hour+tip, and that's not compensating you for your gas ( so technically less than a server)... to piggyback off of the one pro, $4 a soda as an employee or customer.
