Thank you for the feedback. Sometimes we can think we are communicating right but obviously we still have loads of room for improvement. Being a young company, we will take these comments to heart and put more focus on change management, especially communication. Please reach out to me or anybody else who you trust and share your ideas to help us improve. We have begun to discuss moving to self-forming teams and we want to empower everyone to bring their capabilities into PaperCut. At the same time, as we are implementing this we have to consider people’s career aspirations and the impact these changes might have on their experience at PaperCut.
