Great time to work at Paperless

Pros

PP has been around 10 years and is an industry leader. The company has worked towards finding product-market-fit for a new product and is in growth mode. Lots of exciting greenfield work happening right now using the latest stack(react, redux, graphql, kubernetes, golang). The company's leadership is very open and transparent(regular town-halls, 360' feedback, etc). Not to mention they have great benefits, flexible work hours, work from home, etc

Cons

The holiday season can be a bit hectic since that's the time when PP makes the most revenue. I guess that's a good problem to have.

The manager's hostile and impatient!

I've got kind of coworkers and they're the ones who helped me when I didn't know what to do and couldn't ask the manager.

Cons

Little to no training, you'll be left to your own devices and learn the ropes on your own! When you're a new employee it's terribly stressful especially when the manager's hostile and impatient! Asking questions would make him yell at you and it would really make you feel awful!
