Pros

Paperless Post has the best of both worlds: freedom to be agile and pick latest technologies without setbacks, and stability of 10 year old mature business. Paperless is a startup but with over 10 years it has all the logistics figured out, and has millions of customers who love our products. Its just like working for any of the really big boys, all the benefits etc, and none of the bureaucracy. The beauty of it is that it has its startup culture, high energy, with everybody making real impact and treating each other like family.

Cons

Company is growing, and at times we only become aware of new initiatives when other departments do a new release and announce it. Would love to have more exposure of all the new developments in the making.

Pros

- I enjoy the people at Paperless. - I've been here a while and the team is consistently full of smart, humble people who take pride in their work - Users are passionate about the product - The new product is noticeably different from the original e-invitations and people are excited about it

Cons

After a reorg in 2017 some people were upset and it took a while for things to settle into place again. Since then the team has really found their footing.
