Pros

Paperless Post strives to hire the best talent and it shows. Employees are smart, engaged and dedicated about their field and the company. People support each other. Loyalty is high and people work hard to maintain a company culture that is fun and social.

Cons

Limited opportunity for growth and poor communication from the top level. Feedback is delivered poorly. Company values are admirable but not followed consistently. Obvious growing pains.

Pros

-Very open and collaborative environment. Really smart & caring people. -Young company but very mature business practices -Have managed to keep a really creative and fun culture even as they transition into a mid-size company (125++) - Management 'gets it' and as one person remarked the other day " we are taken care of here as employees to the point that we only have to worry about the business challenges at hand".

The founding team built a fantastic, supportive, joyful work culture naturally. Employees are encouraged to teach and learn from each other with workshops, talks, and any events they suggest.

Cons

As with many startups, you may reach a point where those above you are learning as much as you are.
