Good tips if you put some effort into it. Of course you have to deal with bad customers once in a while.

Cons

The customers will get on your nerves sometimes. Some nights it's just slow and have no opportunity to make money.

Pros

Tips are generally pretty good, usually it's not difficult to get time off when there's a family or social event that you need to attend (simply sign in the book)

Cons

Advancement opportunities are generally not very good. Management was poor often bringing in too many employees on slow days and not letting any go home (which just makes everybody unhappy, we work for tips!)
