Pros

The company has some very capable leaders, both on the product and the business side. The culture is really inclusive and it's clear that leadership values well being and happiness of the team. I've got faith in the company vision and leadership's will to execute against our strategy.

Cons

As with any startup, you might have to wear a lot of hats, depending on what the team needs. Standard growing pains from scaling up in my opinion.
