Pros

In my short time here, I have already learned so much and made great connections. Everyone is excited about the work ahead and work collaboratively towards the common goal. Additionally, everyone is so kind and supportive!

Cons

Pros

I couldn't have asked for a better company to work for. I was worried at first because it's a startup and wasn't exactly sure how it would progress and it wasn't as established as a large corporation, but I could not be happier. Every person I've interacted with at Parachute has been so kind and intelligent. Although the workplace for me is remote, there are several company-wide (optional) activities planned throughout the month that are fun and engaging. The entire exec team as well as the People Ops team does anything and everything to make sure your transition is smooth and you feel welcomed. I find it low-stress and a whole lot of fun working here. Not to mention the AMAZING benefits.

Cons

The only con I have is the interview process. It seemed as though the interviewers weren't communicating between steps on when I should be informed about the next steps and I was told multiple dates and times, and sometimes would have to reach out to them regarding the next steps instead of hearing from them.

- Extraordinarily smart people, very dedicated to improving patient outcomes - Innovative thinking and out of the box solutions to the most difficult problems in the healthcare industry - Growing really quickly, lots of opportunity for advancement and new roles

- Organizational structure not always clear, sometimes disorganized - Not a very diverse technology team
