Smart people and great benefits. But execs might lay you off.

Pros

1. Smart people who are nice to work with. 2. Stipend for home office and education.

Cons

1. The company laid off 6% of its employees in February 2025. 2. HR and execs push "company values" nonsense, which is a little cultish. 3. Leadership pushes too many priorities at once then wonders why things do not get done.

Performance reviews are bad and don't matter. They will still get rid of you. Managers are not helpful Company does not have a great direction.
