Pros

PH is a mission driven company looking to change the future of healthcare, which is great to be a part of and you can really feel that energy radiating across every single department. From the top down we have a leadership that understands its employees. We have an extremely healthy culture which every employee contributes too. Flexible schedules, great pay and benefits, and FULLY remote!

Actually cares about it’s people and mission, business is growing rapidly with many growth opportunities. Very happy.

Cons

Growth is awesome, but hard; continue the empathy, ability to listen to employees and customers; and will continue to navigate the quick climb Parachute is filled with sharp mission oriented people, so not a good place if looking to coast
