Amazing kids and staff to work with. Communication, atmosphere, and environment were top-notch. HR and management were incredibly attentive and responsive.

Cons

You need to know you're working with kids, in a psychiatric setting, and be prepared to balance professionalism with client/patient care. When doing overnights, keep yourself busy.
