Pros

Every shift I worked, my superiors allowed me to work on my own without micromanaging. That was a big difference between the Paradigm and the other treatment centers I worked for. The upper management was trusting of its employees. I felt like I worked in a family atmosphere and my time spent there was greatly appreciated.

Cons

I've thought about the cons from having worked there and none come to mind.

Management was very compassionate and attentive with both staff and patients. I always appreciate from my superiors can naturally finds ways to motivate and inspire.

Cons

I never encountered anything that would be listed as a con.
