Pros

The amount of hands-on experience and guidance is incredible. It is a really rewarding job and with the current climate of the world, we need more places like Paradigm. I love the inclusive and team-oriented atmosphere. Management is very supportive and intimately involved in programing.

Cons

You need to have a strong sense of self and the ability to practice self-care as working with adolescents with mental health struggles can be emotionally challenging.
