Double Standards All The Way

Pros

- Beautiful Location - Fulfilling work with clients - Staff truly cares for the recovery of clients

Cons

- Whether or not the managers will care about the well being of staff, is questionable. - Poor communication. - Contradicting guidelines for staff due to poor and divided management. - Lack of consequences for violating company policies for those who are suppose to do the managing. - The double standards are made clear.

Pros

some of the best reasons to work here would be the positive fun environment and house, the staff are open minded and supportive, and the growth within this company to keep excelling with my skills. Paradigm allows you to bring in your own experiences with being supportive by your co workers and management. You get to be very involved in decision making and the treatment of the youth. Its such a fun workplace and to see the youth become young adults and build their toolboxes of coping skills.

Cons

I can't think of any cons as Paradigm allows room for growth and is always supportive.

Pros

Paradigm Malibu is an enjoyable place to work. This is a facility that truly believes in the process of change and empowerment. I enjoy working with the youth and their families and I feel super supported by the staff and administration. On top of getting to work in a beautiful environment, I really enjoy getting to provide therapeutic services mixed in with being active and engaged with the youth in a casual setting. I enjoy working at a facility that treats their staff as well as we treat and empower the youth. Exciting to be working at a growing company that has lots of career opportunities.

Cons

This is often a fast paced work environment and requires people to be engaged and focused on team communication. This is not the place to work if you are just wanting to sit and do "traditional" 50 minute sessions in an office. Requires lots of activity.
