- Friendly, people-first culture - everyone has a voice - Leadership cares - They are willing to invest in each team member

Cons

- Benefits are good but not as good as some bigger companies. However, they are improving each year.

Pros

Compensation is very fair. Company communication on values and business plan are top notch! Integrity and honesty are of utmost importance.

Cons

Time commitment expected can at times exceed healthy balanced life. Strong culture that can preclude some from gaining leadership positions Less employer loyalty to employees than in some companies.

Pros

I have had several employment experiences, and Paradise Energy Solutions is by far the best employer I have ever worked for. The level of listening and care that PES gives to their employees is unprecedented in my experience. Several words and phrases that describe PES: honest, pleasant work atmosphere, honor, management has open ears, rewards hard work, invests in employees. I would freely recommend PES as an employer to anyone who is willing to be honest, willing to work hard, and willing to learn.

Cons

I have learned so much since I started working for PES. I can't think of any cons.
