We have many attorneys spend a few years with us, take a permanent job, and then return again. Paragon prides itself on being a place that can be a fit for people at many different stages of their career/life. I'm glad you mention professional development/career advancement, as we work very hard at Paragon to make sure we are supporting our resources in their skill development in order to maximize their career options down the line. Many people assume project-based work is a "detour" career-wise, but with the level of clients we service, we've found that many attorneys have eventually gone on to permanent jobs that they were only able to get through their experience at Paragon.
