Pros
Having been with Paragon for several years, I've enjoyed the flexibility and opportunities it affords. There's also a sense of stability depending on placement (some positions can go for as long as you'd like). Through Paragon, I've been fortunate to receive high-quality work and responsibilities that one may not necessarily assume for project-based attorneys. Competitive salaries (adjusted on a per hour basis)
Cons
Benefits, while increasing, could still be improved (# of vacation days, for example). Those on short-term assignments could feel less secure with respect to job security.
