      Pros

      Free movies, Decent Managers, Discounts on some concession food, Flexible schedules, Good hours (at my pi at least), Decent Enviroment

      Cons

      Some Rude unprofessional Management, Not strict on rules, No free meal included, Hard work for minimum wage, Corporate cares only about money not workers

      Pros

      Free popcorn and discounts on food while you were working was great. The free movies were nice, but the times were very specific for when you could see a movie.

      Cons

      I was scheduled for 35-40 hours a week, but was almost always sent home early so I worked about 20. There were days I lost money going in because I would be there 30 to 45 minutes. There isn't much support from management, mainly because they would leave during their shifts.

      Pros

      Diverse amount of people. Easy training Free movie tickets and popcorn Flexible schedules Never understaffed No midnight showings so you don't get home as late if working night shift.

      Cons

      Amount of work usually does not equal the amount of pay you're given for the work. Cliques that are pretty inconsiderate and a bit obnoxious and sometimes mean to those who are not considered one of them. (I.e. The "Anyone who's different is inferior" mentality) Hours are long into the night, potentially will mess up your sleep schedule. Management will treat you like complete crap once you put in your 2 week notice. (Sorry not sorry for moving on to better things.)
