Pros

It's a wonderful place to work to get your feet wet in the remote coding industry. Managers are supportive and have an open-communication policy. Managers are quick to respond to email/questions. They did have opportunities to raise among the ranks.

Cons

The pay is very low which is the only reason that I left. I do regret leaving.

Cons

Corporate office does not value the long term employees who have been there for years. They have eliminated so many jobs and outsourced to overseas foreigners.
