Will be written up if off 1% in productivity of 100; 3 write ups your fired. Constant push on productivity and accuracy. Stressful enviroment,, Never in my 20 yrs of coding have I ever worked in such a demeaning atmosphere, management should be ashamed. Quitting was the best thing I did.

Everything. Constant harping about every little thing. People make mistakes and if your employees are all making the same error that you have to keep whining at them at every meeting then it's your process that is screwed up, not the employees. A record is made of every little error called an occurrence. Talk about stress that you don't need along with all the other problems with IT, yet you had to keep up your production and there were problems with that system as well. All negative all the time, possibly because it's corporate for profit healthcare-very greedy people at the top who don't get their hands dirty.
