Some of the benefits are decent but nothing special.

Cons

Holidays are unpaid, you get a "slap in the face" .20-.30 cent raise a year no matter how hard you work. You are not reimbursed for your internet or other out of pocket costs. You barely get any PTO at all, It takes forever to build it up. Ridiculous unfair and unrealistic attendance point system. Un supportive management, no bonuses/no appreciation, no holiday parties. Absolutely NO benefit for working or staying with this greedy company. CEO sits back and makes millions a year and I can't even afford to be alive.
