Education Assistance & Tuition Discount with partnered colleges. Remote work for those desiring that option. Manager in Training program.

Cons

No structured training. An unorganized business model with scattered policies & procedures in place. Low-paying (my salary could not be changed after an acquisition) - Was ineligible for a raise because of Salary capping.
