Excellent training program for new employees

Cons

The position required time entry to account for the full day. I understand that managing a fully remote workforce must be difficult, but I couldn't so much as take a restroom break without panicking on how to justify the time. There were also many job-related activities that couldn't be accounted for so I ended up working OVER a 40 hour week just to get 40 hours of time that would "count".
