Pros
A relaxed environment. The CEO is very social, and is always walking to the floor speaking with people. They also are fair with vacation and personal time.
Cons
The pay is very low. in 2009, the hourly rate was $11.00. ALso, the have bonuses each month to reward the top collectors. If you do bonus, say 300 dollars, they put that bonus on your normal check. They then take medical, dental, life ins, as well as tax it. so after that, you may see an added $150.
