Pros

Parallon is a sister company to HCA. They provide good benefits and have a competitive PTO offering. I have enjoyed my coworkers.

Cons

Management is unwilling to provide salient compensation to keep top talent. Salary and wages are not as competitive as they would like for you to believe. Competitors offer starting salaries that are 25% higher for entry level positions. There is lots of talent that is left untapped because managers and directors do not make an effort to learn the skills and abilities of their subordinates.

Pros

Some positions allow you to work from home, however your production numbers have to be through the roof to get there.

Cons

It's all a numbers game....you can roll in on a stretcher, and you're still expected to get your production numbers. They could care less about the employees.

The only good thing about this place is that you will definitely learn a lot of different skills.

Cons

The benefits are horrible and it's obvious that the company does not care about their employees. Very unorganized.
