Pros
Parallon is a sister company to HCA. They provide good benefits and have a competitive PTO offering. I have enjoyed my coworkers.
Cons
Management is unwilling to provide salient compensation to keep top talent. Salary and wages are not as competitive as they would like for you to believe. Competitors offer starting salaries that are 25% higher for entry level positions. There is lots of talent that is left untapped because managers and directors do not make an effort to learn the skills and abilities of their subordinates.
