Pros

If you want overtime it's sometimes available depending which department you work in. Many employee luncheons. Health insurance changes more often than anyone would want to deal with, however the healthcare isn't bad.

Cons

The work place environment is toxic. Very catty old bitter women. It's always freezing. Poor direction. Upper management is never on the same page which makes it difficult to ensure the quality of your work performance. Bottom line it is a very stressful environment to work in. I think to myself everyday I don't get paid enough for this.

Where to start... - During the interview you're made to believe that you will be making all this money due to uncapped commission. In reality, you're lucky to even make ONE placement per month. They start their Recruiter's base salary at around $18/hr. - Dials, dials, dials, dials.... after awhile you feel like a telemarketer because all you're doing all day is dialing numbers. At least 75/day - MICRO MANAGEMENT. You will have bi-weekly meetings with your supervisor in which they will ALWAYS tell you that you need to work harder, even if you're hitting all of the metrics - High turnover. I can't even begin with how fast people are starting to leave this company

Pay not market based for longer retained employees -health insurance categorized as Obama bronze is catastrophic in nature HR processes all outsourced or fear of being sued great employees not rewarded
