Listing any pros would be giving them the benefit of the doubt and trust me, they don’t deserve that!
Cons
Let’s start with pay, they see how the world is changing with inflation and cost of living and refuse to adjust. No room for advancement only promises to and then drag you along for years while steal getting subpar raises. No worries of the time you spend to educate yourself to be ready for roles it doesn’t matter you are stuck running in place. Leadership knows nothing they promote employees who they like the most as oppose to who can provide support to non leadership positions and it’s mind boggling. To many leadership positions and not enough leaders. They make so many redundant changes at this point I think it’s just to make themselves feel like they are doing something. There is so much more but thank goodness I’m on my way out the door. Good starter role but trust me when I say they are liars and do not award good employees.
