Work from home opportunities available. Fellow employees and local management are like family. When you are able to help patients find funding for their care, it is very rewarding.

Cons

Pay is not keeping up with inflation. Corporate has lost touch with it's employees and the company's mission. Numbers seem more important now than both employees and meeting patients' needs. Work is judged by productivity at the expense of quality. It seems like the primary goal is to put more money in upper management's pocket.
