You get to pour ice water on 5 leaders. They deserve it for all the unspeakable acts they have committed last year. Payback is best served cold.
Cons
You vote with your money. The top 5 most disliked people who have the most votes (raised the most money) will have ice water poured on them. The company has horrible leadership and channel that negative emotion to reduce the low pay even further by getting employees to pay to pour ice water on leadership. But some leaders are able to weasel out of getting wet, so the deceived employees wasted their money and are even more unhappy. It is an absolutely poisonous atmosphere. Negative all around and not worth it for such a low pay.
