      Great exposure to local biz unit execs on a monthly basis

      Average pay. Severely limited advancement opportunities (from manager up). Poor director management, poor dept structure, projects rarely come to fruition leading to staff turnover and extreme displeasure/no sense of accomplishment due to minimal amount of completed projects. Sr. Leaders always chasing the shiny penny…no commitment to complete projects which can last upwards of 1-2+ years and then get shelved.
