Pros

Great place if you are looking to stretch yourself professionally. They work so "lean" that if you want to run with a project to build your skill set, you definitely will have plenty of opportunities to do so. Work schedule pretty flexible and co-workers are fabulous and hard working.

Cons

The environment is stressful and challenging...everyday without fail. Lots of turnover! Senior Leadership/Executive Leadership have no vision and lead using a fear mentality. Even if employee's wanted to be loyal to the org they wouldn't know who or what to be loyal to. There is a class system. Execs very out of touch with the staff level employees. No vision...no message...no presence. It's a launching pad for your career at best...you'd die from being worked to death before you could ever retire from here anyway.

Great facility. Great coworkers. Great exposure to medical office/hospital work experience.

Cons

Underpai for amount of work and stress. Getting days off is difficult. Very understaffed. Uniforms are unacceptable.

The work environment is great. One of the most positive work environments with people who enjoy coming to work. The company lives out its mission and puts its people first.

Cons

Seems like manager trainee program can vary in length and there is no certain time when you will reach manager status
