Pros

Good pay. But that is about it. Some may enjoy that it is not currently located in downtown Nashville so commuting here is easy (for now...corporate is moving in a year or so).

Cons

Managers do not care about your work-life balance. Want everything yesterday and will have you running around just to decide that isn't what they want. Questionable ethics in reporting, in that if there is an unfavorable number, executives would ask you to just leave it out. The executives turn away from automation and giving employees more valuable work so they can manipulate the numbers.

Pros

The team I work with is very good. I love my boss. She is the only positive that has kept me sane.

Cons

The top echelons have no idea of what goes on in the real, day-to-day operations of their facilities. Extremely productivity-driven environment, then complain if the quality isn't there. Also, say they want to "keep their talented employees" and then offer insulting promotional wages.

Good experience overall and place to learn about healthcare.

Cons

Pay is below market and there is not a lot of room for advancement. Corporate should ask field for input on decisions versus solely making them at corporate level. Some management staff are unpleasant to work with. Training is minimal.
