Pros

Parallon is a sister company to HCA. They provide good benefits and have a competitive PTO offering. I have enjoyed my coworkers.

Cons

Management is unwilling to provide salient compensation to keep top talent. Salary and wages are not as competitive as they would like for you to believe. Competitors offer starting salaries that are 25% higher for entry level positions. There is lots of talent that is left untapped because managers and directors do not make an effort to learn the skills and abilities of their subordinates.

Pay is not that competitive. Hours can be different for people that like structure and don't like change

Everything else! The co workers are mean! There training sucks, no one is on the same page! Horrible atmosphere, not worth the pay. Horrible place to work!
