Pros

A lot of the staff was friendly. I had a nice cubical. You could wear jeans to work if you wanted.

Cons

Very bureaucratic. Upper-level management creates a lot of problems for workers. They would literally tell us when we were allowed to go to the bathroom. Very little trust of employees Management only seems to care about productivity. My department director was quick to complain about and blame others for low productivity, but never really helped people be more productive.
