Seems to be a good company with great benefits.

Cons

Director is egotistical and only interested in her own career. If you are not part of the "click" then you are told you are not a good fit and ousted.

Part of much larger HCA so there is a lot of opportunity for movement to different facilities and business lines during your career.

Cons

I continue to be disappointed with leadership. Questionable ethics and favoritism are rampant.you may get stabbed in the back here-feels like how school at times.

Pros

Most positions are Monday through Friday. Consistent work with decent benefits for health, etc. Some very noteworthy and marketable people work here, albeit they choose to be out of the spotlight for good reason.

Cons

No matter your experience, you will be slatted for the lower side of the pay scale by default. Management on all levels have collective relationships outside of this place, which means you can never tell anything in confidence to one without all of them knowing and they will judge you on that. Management is a revolving door as each one gets burnt out and overworked before realizing they were meant for something else. Several team leads are not leadership potential and yet are asked to do more work than most managers.
