      Pros

      Compensation and benefits packages are a bit better than average. Very corporate setting. Leader in Healthcare staffing. Nationwide healthcare professional placements.

      Cons

      Sometimes too corporate leading to frustration about speed to answers regarding corporate issues for employees. Company is very political, and because they are a leader in the industry, many times they come across as "untouchable". Policies and procedures are followed at upper management's discretion rather than across the board.
