You will get paid a paycheck. Also room for advancement in many areas.

Cons

Low pay, poor processes, outdated technology, unqualified management, poor benefits, poor raises, no bonus incentives

Pros

Management listens and welcomes feedback. Education updates and opportunities are available as well as the purchase of employee stock. Schedulers do their best at finding the preferred area with the preferred shift at the preferred facility. They even go out of their way if an opening is not listed by calling the facility for current updates on openings.

Cons

Parallon is an internal agency for a hospital system and they do a great job of staffing. However, the hospital system is not uniform in workflow, automation or work conditions. There are no employer sponsored healthcare benefits or cost of living raises.

Pros

Not one if you are not a clone of the Management in place, looks and attitude

Cons

If you don't look like you could have lunch with CEO you cant get a break. No diversity and it would seem they are pushing in total opposite direction of most companies in 2014 in that regard. Do not give your opinion, they don't care.
