Work from home and that’s it anymore.

Cons

Low pay. 2% raise this year is a joke and it’s insulting. Everything is being outsourced so there is no job security. We keep being told to just be flexible so one by one our jobs titles will go away. One by one when that happens we will have to apply for another role. We might be hired in a different area but it doesn’t matter because one by one those departments will be picked off too!
