Pros
Nice 10% of salary bonus for management depending on how your teams performance is throughout the year with is nice.
Cons
The work environment is one of the tougher ones to work in due to surveys drive the perception. People tip toe around others due to surveys and management is forced to put up with things that other businesses would not tolerate. Be careful who you trust and work for. If you are educated formally, this may not be for you! The mundane day to day things you have to do is not worth it. This is solely a transitioning place. Somewhere you go to get experience but keep it moving, it's a black hole. The happiness in this place doesn't last that long, a year tops.
