Very little supervision, no communication

Cons

Communication is terrible. Everyone in my office was cut from full time to part time once Parallon took over and our hours were continuously cut. I ended up with 6 hours a week!!!!!!!!!!!

I was able to learn the essential learning tools to master my job, great staff, peer help was encouraged. Great Providers and staff.

Cons

Upper management staff has a bully mentality. Career advancement was not encouraged within the division. Transferring to different departments within the HCA family was discouraged. Communicate between the Physician Group and Hospitals is horrible. Hospital and the Shared Service was adversary. 6plus years as a employee, yearly increase are minimal. Bonus's have been taken away.
