A lot of positions let you work from home. They really care about their employees. A lot of autonomy.

Cons

Pay is not that competitive. Hours can be different for people that like structure and don't like change

Cons

Look at reviews for the outsource group. It's the same company, just trying to change name. Seen managers embezzle money from the company and do not reccomend working for this unethical company. Unless you are desperate avoid this place due to the toxic environment and poor infrastructure.

The work life balance is great. The management team is great. Most people who work in the center are positive

Cons

Very low pay compared to the market. Career growth is a struggle. But you can always leave the center and join the larger HCA offices.
