Pros
Excellent bonuses that aren't determined by management but by your performance. Great co-workers. Quiet but fun environment. Work was easy to get the hang of if you are able to pick up on things quickly. If not, it may not be the job for you since it's very quick pace. They have great activities for employees and always treat them to lunch or some other treats.
Cons
Management seemed out of touch with reality and realistic daily goals. Not flexible with your PTO and will hound you every week in order to make you build up your PTO bank. Attendance policy makes sense but at the same time, you better not be sick at the same time as your co-worker or you'll get a write up. If you want to move up in the company, don't worry about doing your job correctly, just pretend you are doing it by skipping accounts, holding them for no reason or simply just suck up to management. Basically, if you're a hard working introvert, only expect to make money in the position you enter the company in and don't ever expect to move up.
