      Pros

      My co-workers are great and I have formed some great relationships for networking. Many talented people work here with innovative ideas. Technology is very robust. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      The politics leave alot to be desired. People getting promoted that shouldn't while others don't have a chance as upper leadership knows who they want before the job opening is even posted. You don't have a voice. Too many Directors and Assistant Directors. Very top heavy.
