      Too close to corporate for comfort!

      Pros

      You'll always get your 40 hours in! Plus, most likely, all the overtime you can possibly handle. The benefits are very nice if you choose wisely, the 401K matching is very good, and they do bother with keeping up educational requirements and allowing time to complete them.

      Cons

      A basically negative management style, more interested in pointing out errors and threatening than in encouraging the positives. Not much room for advancement. A broad gap between management and underlings - at least in the view of management!

      one of the best reasons is that you work with a great bunch of people with the exception of mangement

      no open door policy and every one seems to have a control issue especially the women, and they are liars

      Pros

      Good for work experience and to get your foot in the door in the business end of Health care field.

      Cons

      The pay and benefits are not competitive. Their healthcare benefits package keep shrinking. They have high copays and deductible plans. Restricted to have health services at an HCA facility.
