      Older woman are the first fired

      Location, close to interstate, clean

      Cons

      If a younger male employee does not like working with women over forty, the older woman is fired for performance issues. Whenever HCA or Parallon lay off employees, older women are always the first fired.

      Flexible work schedule Great location / office Stability of a large, established company

      Cons

      Lack of authentic respect for all levels of employees Too much structure where it isn't needed, and too little structure where it would be beneficial Lack of chances for promotion Lack of diversity in upper management Benefits should be better for a healthcare company

      Pros

      Promising job out of college. I think that is the reason why the department performs so well... eager out of college students who want to prove themselves... co-workers are great and i've developed outside of work relationships

      Cons

      Two faced management/directors & HR - smile to your face and talk behind closed doors (yes i hear you). No respect for the 'robots' that perform the bulk of work. HR protects upper management even with written evidence It is demoralizing hearing from CEO that we are the 2nd most profitable department, yet when it comes to promotions and raises, 2% is un-heard of... starting pay $15 + 2% = .30 cents ... not worth it
