Pros

First, you will see a lot of people complaining that they have to use their PTO for Holidays. The PTO is excellent. Every new employee receives 160 hours of PTO each year. That’s 4 weeks or 20 days. You can start using it after 90 days. If you count 10 vacation days and 8 holidays, you still have 2 days left. So someone needs to tell me what’s wrong with that?!?!?! Next the Health Benefits are excellent. Where else can you get a $25 co-pay for doctors visits, a deductible of $500, maximum out of pocket expenses of $5,500, out patient surgery maximum hospital charge of $125 and in patient surgery maximum of $150? Not too many places. The 401(k) is damn good. Excellent? No, but it is good. Someone on here stated something about the S&P 401(k) Standards for 401(k) plans. There are no such thing. In January 2019, US News reported that the top 16 percent of plans provide employer matches worth 6 percent or more of pay. They match 100% of your contributions up to 9% maximum. Last someone wrote this about working from home. “The company saves on these and you pay for these: Office space or space in your home, Parking space or your garage, Utilities (electricity, water, phone, trash), Internet”. This idiot said you have to pay to park your car at your own home. WTF??? They pay you an additional amount based on the average internet service for where you live. You get a tax deduction for a home office. You don’t need a home phone because they provide a soft (computer) phone. You don’t have any commuting expenses, you don’t have any wear and tear on your vehicle and your auto insurance may be cheaper, and you don’t have any wardrobe expenses. Someone, please tell me how is this bad? Everyone says they don’t pay well. NO ONE PAYS WELL. Everyone is only giving out up to a max of 3% annual increases these days. What about the quarterly bonus we all get? That can be up to $2,000 more a year. I once worked for a company who “vested” your bonus for three years and with how often they turned people very few ever received a bonus. So get with it and realize how lucky you all are.

Pros

There are some wonderful people that work here.

Cons

Terrible company and leadership. Your employees are worth more than a 15-20 cent raise once a year. How about using some of those corporate tax cuts to invest more in your employees instead of giving them to your already overpaid CEO's? The wages and benefits here are a joke compared to the same jobs with other companies. Parallon can afford to give it's people an actual cost of living increase every year and they know it. They are losing amazing people and making 0 attempt to try to keep them. Parallon truly does not care about it's employees - they only see them as line items on an expense report.

Pros

Really nothing to say here. The minimum is 1 star but I would give less if I could.

Cons

Extremely low pay and poor benefits. Employees bring food to the office for special events because the company is too cheap to buy food. No proper training. Too much work. Unrealistic deadlines. Impossible goals. No resources to do the work, including old technology, frequent computer malfunction. Purchased new lines of business to fatten their profits but they are not doing so well, so having to do a lot of damage control. Everyone blames everyone else, so a lot of write ups. The scapegoat gets written up or fired. They keep making bad decisions, and employees pay the price of their incompetence. Very high turnover.
